How it works
Reading a word list once does very little. Everything here is built around retrieving a word from memory, then seeing it again exactly when you are about to forget it.

Daily review
Learning a root once is the easy part. The app keeps a deck of what you are closest to forgetting, so five minutes a day does more than an hour once a month.

The data
The vocabulary is built and maintained in-house, cross-checked against established scholarly sources for Quranic Arabic rather than typed out of a textbook. Where those sources disagree, the call is made against the Quran itself and written down.
It is the unglamorous half of the work, and it is why a word here can be trusted to mean what it says.
